The Free Will Party is a voluntary association comprised of sovereign individuals. We are aware of the fact that the State has no moral authority to govern us. We are a protest party. We have no political ambitions. We are merely using the political process to spread our message of self government.

1)Can I be a member of another political party and still join?
Sure! No Rules, remember?
2)Will the F.W. Party field candidates?
The Free Will Party does not encourage or endorse candidates, at this time. We reserve the right to change our minds, because....No Rules, Just Rights!
3)We already have the Libertarian Party. Why do we need the Free Will Party?
The National LP has watered down it's message over the years. They have become the party of "limited" government and less taxes. The Free Will Party is the party of true self government and no taxes....no comprimse. We are unashamed 100% hardcore libertarians...no apoligies!
4)I don't want to abandon the LP. Am I welcome in the Free Will Party?
Of course. I am still active with my local and state LP's. The Libertarian Party has it's role to play. The Free Will Party is a home for the political radicals uncomfortable with "moderate", Republican wing of the LP.
5) How is the party governed if there are no officers?
The members of the party govern themselves. I started this party and I want to share it with like-minded individuals. In other words, it is my party but you are welcome to be a part of it.
6) So you have no officers...does your position in the party have a title to it?
Sure, call me The Grand Poobah. I also go by Govern Thyself, Chasing Huxley and Dead Fingers Talk...you can call yourself whatever you like...Other members of the party are Trippy Dude, Born Free-Dying Serf, Shits & Giggles, Mini Mo, Wage Slave, Alexander Hamilton Was A Statist Pig!
7)Your party doesn't endorse political candidates. Is there anything the party endorses?
Sure. We endorse rock bands, freedom, peace, self government, clean drinking water, flea markets, Lysander Spooner, Adult Swim, anarchy, William Blake, Spinal Tap, moderation, tolerance, open minds, Nu-Grape Soda, coffee, pirates, Emma Goldman, Albert Pike, etc...
